The product's inserts are too stiff to stick to the countour of my wrists. The inserts need to be much more plyable to touch my INSIDE elbow bone. Also I cannot tighten the velcrose with my one extra hand. My wife must use both of her hands to tighten the velcrose. I did find a solution. Insert 1 of my small ColdPac's (plyable)around my elbow & then put the Elbow Cold on over it & have my wife pull the velcrose tightly around both of them. But you always need another person.
