Enjoy soothing cold therapy with the 23 long Culpa Neck Ice Pack from Chattanooga. The Culpa Neck Ice Pack brings all the benefits of cold therapy to help relieve pain in this easy to use neck pack. Keep one in your freezer, for those everyday aches and pains, sports injuries and muscle pulls. Flexible and comfortable even when cold with up to 30 minutes of healing cold therapy. Reuse them again and again. Always use layers of dry terry toweling between Culpa and skin. For Initial Chilling of the Culpa , remove from all packaging, place flat in Chilling Unit Freezer for two hours. Do not chill below 0° F.
This Culpa Neck Ice Pack measures 23 long, 5 at the ends, and 7 wide in the center.
Applications:
For Initial Chilling of the Culpa , remove from all packaging, place flat in Chilling Unit Freezer for two hours.
Do not chill below 0° F
To keep moist, place in a plastic bag, seal, and then place in freezer. This will preserve them and prevent them from drying out or getting hard.
Never Let the Culpa Dry After Use - Always Keep Them In Freezer.
Remove the Culpa from the freezer and place a hand towel between the skin and the Culpa . Apply to area being relieved.
Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
Precautions:
Do not sit, lie, or sleep on the Culpa
Constantly monitor application to avoid skin irritation.
Do not heat or microwave the Culpa to use as a hotpack. Use only as a cold therapy.
Care:
Wipe all moisture from the Culpa before returning to freezer.
Lay the Culpa flat for storage in the freezer.
The Culpa is most serviceable when kept in a freezer set at 12° F (-11°C)

It stays soft which is nice so I can wrap it around my neck, lower back, elbow, knee, or whatever else is hurting that day. It makes a great gift, too. You can't find anything this nice in a store. These ice pacs have been wonderful for helping back pain. I use one at every meal when I'm sitting, and at other times when I take a sitting break.
