Simple, streamlined and straight-to-the-point pain management. This hot/cold pack is a stripped-down option when you don't want to mess with straps, wraps, buckles and belts. But don't let its pared-down nature fool you: this pack is loaded with great features. Unlike other hot/cold packs that can be stiff and unmanageable, this pack delivers comfortable, deep-penetrating cold or hot therapy that stays highly flexible right out of the freezer and transfers heat out of the injured area faster than many standard packs. When heated, the gel inside keeps its consistency and does not become a liquid.

Pliable whether hot or cold, this pack is a refreshing change of pace, since it molds comfortably to the body to deliver hot or cold therapy right where you need it. The sectioning of the pack, too, helps to increase the pack's effectiveness by making sure the therapeutic gel inside is evenly distributed. No matter where you place it on the body, from the curve of the kneecap to the slopes of the shoulder, the pack is sure to keep up.

Cold therapy is commonly used to reduce swelling and pain from injuries such as sprains, strains and tendonitis. Heat therapy works to relax tissues and help to prevent spasms by stimulating blood circulation and may help to soothe pain.

Freezing instructions: Store pack in freezer for use as a cold pack. When stored in the freezer, the pack can be quickly retrieved for everyday accidents like falls, sprains and strains and bruises.

Heating instructions: To use as a heat pack, boil water and remove from heat. Place the pack in hot water for 5 minutes. Do not boil or microwave the pack.

Caution: Always use a cover or cloth to protect skin from burns or frostbite. Do not apply the pack for more than twenty (20) minutes at a time, and leave a space of twenty (20) minutes between your hot/cold pack applications.
