That's because this cooling foot and ankle wrap cools the major arteries in the ankle, and when this area is cooled, the cool feeling spreads throughout the body for small, discreet, full-body cold. This product includes one (1) 3" x 6" cooling pack. For best results, store this pack insert in the freezer so the wrap's ready when you are. When ready to insert, the cooling packs fit into insulated pockets inside the wrap for small, discreet, full-body comfort. The pockets have a comfortable, all-cotton fabric to protect the delicate skin of the wrist and an insulated outer composite fabric to direct the cooling energy toward the body.

This wrist wrap is designed to fit most people and is easy to use. The wrap feels great and may be adjusted for comfort with hook and loop tabs. And don't worry about ordering for the correct foot: Polar Products universal design means that this wrap fits either the left or right foot or ankle.
