This is like the cold packs that were used at my Physical Therapy Center. They have great coverage, and stay cold a long time. I can't believe how good they are for the price!

I gave them as gifts for Christmas!, December 31, 2010

I have had one for a couple years and we have used it for many different things. Sometimes a lower back pain, knee pain, or just about anywhere that hurts. This size is big enough to cover a large area and doesn't have a problem slipping off. We love our and so do the people we gave them to this Christmas.

I needed more ice packs for my total knee replacement surgery and could not find large size like these at our local stores. I ordered 5 and they mold around my knee wonderfully but the best thing is that they were shipped quickly and arrived quickly which meant pain relief for me. thanks I would do business again if I had a need for these type products.

Well Worth It, June 3, 2010

I recently had a total knee replacement and fell in love with the gel packs that the physical therapy outfit had as ice in a zip lock bag was much more difficult to use and to get good coverage. Although this pack isn't quite as flexible as the ones they use at PT, it is entirely satisfactory and all that is required is to press it down and around the knee to let it "mold" over it. I put it in a pillow case and then take a thick towel folded over several times to place over the top of it and then just tuck in the rest around the sides of my knee to create a sealed in effect. About 10 - 15 minutes each time is all that it takes and I can not only feel the difference, I can see that the swelling is reduced. My therapist asked for this URL as he's had many patient's wanting to get a gel pack and they didn't know where their company had gotten the ones that they use. For about $20 with standard shipping, it is a great value.

The cool pack works well. I would like to see a method of holding it in place.

This is much better than a bag of peas. It fits just where I need it. Since I have trouble with my knee and back this product fits both areas.
