Apply Hot or Cold Therapy during rehabilitative therapy to the hand. The Elasto-Gel Hand Exerciser helps strengthen hand and finger muscles during Physical, Sports or Occupational Therapy while adding the comfort from either hot or cold treatment. Use for joint discomfort, sprains, strains or simply to improve gripping capability. Made of a tough, flexible gel and covered with a four-way stretch material, the Elasto-Gel Hand Exerciser is comfortable, easy to use and durable. The overall shape allows maximum conformity to your individual hand shape, assists with heat transfer and aids with day-to-day aches and pains. For Cold Treatment - Simply Place in the Freezer!
The Hand Exerciser remains soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F for 20 to 40 minutes and will usually numb the treated area within 5 minutes without the severe shock and pain experienced with ice or ice water treatments.

For Heat Treatment - Heat in Microwave or Conventional Oven!
Moist heat quickly penetrates muscles and joints when the warm Hand Exerciser is applied and will continue to provide moist heat for 20 to 30 minutes before it will need to be reheated.
