With a universal design, allowing for use on either shoulder region, the Elasto-Gel Shoulder Therapy Wrap is made of a tough, flexible gel that's covered with a four-way stretch material. This design and construction provides for maximum conformity, heat transfer, comfort, ease of use and durablilty.
For cold therapy needs - Simply put in the Freezer! (Directions included) Elasto-Gel's Shoulder Therapy Wrap stays soft and flexible at temperatures as low as -20 degrees F. The cold wrap will usually numb treated areas within 5 minutes, without the severe shock and pain sometimes experienced with ice or ice water treatments. Additionally, this Shoulder Wrap remains cold for approximately 20 to 40 minutes of constant use.
For hot therapy needs - Heat in the Microwave or Conventional Oven! (Directions Included) Simply heat the Shoulder Wrap according to the included directions for heat therapy that quickly penetrates sore muscles and joints. The Elasto-Gel Shoulder Wrap will continue to provide heat for an estimated 20 to 30 minutes before reheating is necessary.
Care Instructions - Always store product in a re-closable bag when stored in the freezer.
Available in the following sizes:
Small/Medium - Sleeve is sewn under the arm. Apply by sliding arm through the sleeve.
Large/X-Large - Sleeve is sewn under the arm. Apply by sliding arm through the sleeve.
Clinical - Wrap is adjustable and is not sewn under arm. Apply by wrapping around arm. Normally used in Clinical Therapy settings.

Expensive - yes. Large - yes but necessarily so.
Gets cold quickly and stays flexible. It has taken my wife and me to get it to fit the first couple of times but now I can slide it on by myself - as long as I keep the long strap wrapped around the bicep wrap. It works -- covers the whole shoulder. Relief is immediate and persists for about 20 minutes. An no leaks , no mess, and fits well under my hooded sweatshirt.
