The wrap itself features a lightweight and comfortable design with a gentle, adjustable compression for an custom fit. It's also universal, so it can be used on either the left or right knee.

This product was a GREAT find! The black outer cover with the velcro straps holds the gel ice packs close to both sides and the top of the knee and gets the therapeutic coldness to be the most effective. Much better than trying to hold a bag of ice on the knee. I haven't yet tried to heat the gel packs, but it would probably apply the heat in the same manner.
My knee is glad that I made this purchase!
