Cool down after a big game with Polar's compression wrap. This wrap is great for baseball pitchers, golfers, hockey players, tennis players and any athlete experiencing shoulder and elbow pain. Keep your arm loose and ready in between games and practice with heat therapy, or the wrap may be used to reduce swelling and pain from injuries such as sprains, strains and tendonitis immediately after an injury has occurred. Perfect for the athlete who needs a wrap to multitask, Polar's product is designed for either the left or right arm and has adjustable compression to make sure you get the fit that you want. Even more, the shoulder wrap can be detached from the elbow wrap for less bulk and more effective targeting of the injured area.

The wrap itself contains seven (7) 4.5” x 8” packs that deliver comfortable, deep-penetrating cold or hot therapy to injured joints, ligaments and muscles while still staying highly flexible and comfortable right out of the freezer. This flexibility allows the packs to mold to the curves of the shoulder and the crook of the elbow easily for better hot or cold therapy absorption. Not only are the packs themselves flexible and comfortable, they're also easy to use: Simply store the reusable packs in the freezer for quick access, or microwave the packs at medium heat setting for warm relaxation.

Freezing Instructions: For best results, store the packs in your freezer.
