It's important to always have a pinch hitter in your lineup--something you can count on in the clutch. The Soft Ice UV3 Universal Hot & Cold Compression Wrap is just such a product. This wrap has a larger format to curve around the shoulder, fasten around the back, sling across the chest, wind around the thigh, strap to the ribs and drape across a limb.

Once applied, the highly flexible hot/cold packs inside the wrap mold the affected area, whether the packs are straight out of the microwave or fresh from the freezer. And don't worry about holding the packs in place: this wrap provides gentle, adjustable compression with an elastic belt with a hook and loop closure to keep the pack snug to the body.

Cold therapy is commonly used to reduce swelling and pain from injuries such as sprains, strains and tendonitis. Heat therapy works to relax tissues and help to prevent spasms by stimulating blood circulation and may also help to soothe pain. This wrap is great for the shoulders, back, limbs and knees. It may be used to help ease pain associated with the lower back, arthritis, sciatica, muscle aches, chronic pain conditions and post-surgery conditions.

Freezing Instructions: For best results, store the packs in your freezer, so that they're ready when you are.

Heating Instructions: To heat, place the pack your microwave and use a medium heat setting.
