i have been going to therapy for some time for my back. there they had me wear this ice pac while working out. it seemed to make the pain of working out to be less noticeable. so i was going to purchase from them but it seemed kind of spendy. so i found your site and your item was more likeable. so i use the 2 small rectangular ones that i already had and keep them as a backup. good product. thanks phil
