Due to the shape and size of this product, it is best to put the entire product into the freezer rather than removing the ice packs and freezing them. Don't buy this unless you are a smaller than normal person. I lift weights and bought this item to use after weight lifting and bike riding. I admit, I didn't try it on before freezing so screwed myself on a return (see the return policy). That said, this product will not fit anyone with large or extra large chest and shoulders. The velcro straps are not long enough. Forget about using the neck strap unless you want to feel like you are being slowly choked to death. I have recently purchased some additional velro to try and make the main part of the pac fit. I feel a bit cheated since the product does not have a "sizes" I assumed (incorrectly) that it was made to fit everyone. the produce description should include size limitations as they obviously exist.

This product is very effective. My only negative feedback is that the plastic around the neck collar is rather stiff and irritating.
