I have a bad shoulder, so body strap is very awkward and too short. I think it was intended for young people with a sports injury, not for an arthritic joint. Ended up cutting the two pieces apart and have 2 ice packs now. Did not work as I expected, but at least I have 2 ice packs!!

This is our second Shoulder and Arm Wrap we have used. I ice my pitchers 20 min, rest 20, ice 20 min more. We are one of the few teams who have healthy arms....I highly recommend them.

This is by far the best product out for the elbow and shoulder/upper arm. I bought mine and liked it so much I purchased 3 more for some friends and the feed back I got from them is that they feel just like I do about this product. I have 3 boys that play travel baseball and 2 are pitchers and one is a catcher and we get a lot of use out of this and recommend it to especially baseball/softball players.
