It is the premier cold therapy product in the USA and international baseball markets. Provides cold therapy coverage from the midpoint of the scapula to the mid-point of pectoralis muscles. Pro-Ice Pro Shoulder/Elbow Cold Therapy Wrap provides great ice therapy for the rotator cuff, upper arm and elbow. Thirty-three percent larger than the Original Model Shoulder. The Pro-Ice Pro Shoulder/Elbow Cold Therapy Wrap was designed for individuals over 6' tall and weighing over 200 lbs. Note: The inserts are filled with a non-toxic, non-hazardous, food grade material with the same characteristics of water. Inserts will freeze at 27 degrees and with stay frozen longer then ice.

I just purchased this for my son who is a catcher. He has to ice his arm and shoulder just like a pitcher does. He was using a smaller one but he is 6'1" and 210 and this one fits him so much better. Perfect for the larger athelete. I love the fact that I can order refills for the ice packs. My only question is if I am suppose to take the ice pack out and only freeze it. Love this product.
