Product Description
This Culpa Oversize Universal Ice Pack will conveniently help the pains you experience in the neck and larger areas of the body. Keep one in your freezer, for those everyday aches and pains, sports injuries and muscle pulls in the back, neck, hip, thigh, knee, and shoulder. This large cold pack remains flexible and comfortable when cold and provides up to 30 minutes of healing cold therapy. This Culpa Universal Ice Pack can be reused many times. Always use layers of dry terry toweling between Culpa and skin.
Applications:
For Initial Chilling of the Culpa , remove from all packaging, place flat in Chilling Unit Freezer for two hours.
Do not chill below 0° F
To keep moist, place in a plastic bag, seal, and then place in freezer. This will preserve them and prevent them from drying out or getting hard.
Never Let the Culpa Dry After Use - Always Keep Them In Freezer.
Remove Culpa from freezer and place a hand towel between the skin and the Culpa . Apply to area being treated.
Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes
Precautions:
Do not sit, lie, or sleep on the Culpa
Constantly monitor application to avoid skin irritation.
Do not heat or microwave the Culpa to use as a hotpack. Use only as a cold therapy.
Care:
Wipe all moisture from the Culpa before returning to freezer.
Lay the Culpa flat for storage in the freezer.
The Culpa is most serviceable when kept in a freezer set at 12° F (-11°C)
Store in freezer when not in use.

I have had Back Problems for over 30 years. I have purchased many Ice Packs. This is by far the Best Ice Pack I have ever owned. It covers my back from Lumbar to Cervical Spine effeciently. Have several smaller of similar style but none compare with this one. It stays cold a very long time and due to the fact I have a slipped disc it works for my back and will wrap around my side where the pain seems to radiate late in the day. This is perfect for me. Glad I found your site - this is perfect!

I had an ice pack like this given to me years ago by my Chiropractor, which over time and extensive use by all family members, wore out. I haven't been able to locate one until now. The weight of this product along with its cold retention and size is perfect for reducing inflammation of the back. I also purchased the 11" x 14" size. I received the order quickly and I am very pleased with this the this company.
